Xhorse VVDI MB BGA TOOL Function Introduction:
1. Read Write Key:
identification key, IR read & write BE key
read V51.V57 version's key password by NEC adapter
read activate blank BGA(OCF4) key
key current KASH(repair)renew
write into the used NEC key
write smart key ect.
2. Password Calculation:
Obd read and calculate all(FBS3) can protocal EIS password
support BGA key, NEC key, v51,v57 version password calculation
support all key lost W164, W216, W166, W209, W211, W212(old), W201, W207 ect.
3. ESL Tool:
OBD(K line)read data, renew esl,replace esl( no need to renew EIS), check ESL damage, repair W204 ESL.
4. Read/Write Gateway
support OBD repair KM: W204, W207, W211, W251, W154, W212, W221, W216, W166, W172, W232, W205 etc.
Support reading & writing gateway EEPROM and Flash: W211, W164, W204, W207, W212, W221, W216 etc.

4. On March 2nd, VVDI MB Tool add these two cables: Gear lever ECU Refresh Diagnostic Cable (the first cable of the following picture) and
Gearbox ECU Refresh Diagnostic Cable(the last cable of the following picture).
ESL is damaged: need to replace new ESL.
Step2.
Load EIS data
Tick "IR" to write EIS data and "OBD" to write VIN.
Step3. Click “Personalize W204 ESL”
Step4.
Now, the options "Initialized", "TP Cleared" and "Personalized" are ticked, except “Activated”
Insert the original car key then EIS and ESL is in “Activated” status.
Finally renew ESL with success.
Note:
It’s hard to buy Mercedes 204/207 EIS and they are expensive. If you have 204/ 207 all key lost, you are advised to use W212 EIS for replacement and the ESL needs to be removed.

How to tell if the ESL is damaged or NEC is locked?
Open VVDI MB Tool software, Click “Check ESL damage” and you will get any of following display:
ESL is working: means the motor is damaged and you need a new full set of ESL motor.
How to replace ESL with VVDI MB BGA Tool?
Step1.
Erase EIS, then re-write EIS and personalize ESL, finally ESL is synchronized. Note: if you not erase ESL at first, but only personalize ESL, the ESL won’t be synchronized.
To erase EIS, both Key password and Erase password are required.
1) For the key password, you can get it by adding keys.
After input the two passwords, click "Save EIS data" then "Erase EIS"
Now the EIS is full newStep2.
Load EIS data
Tick "IR" to write EIS data and "OBD" to write VIN.
Step3. Click “Personalize W204 ESL”
Step4.
Now, the options "Initialized", "TP Cleared" and "Personalized" are ticked, except “Activated”
Insert the original car key then EIS and ESL is in “Activated” status.
Finally renew ESL with success.
Note:
